Backend PHP Developer
This position will provide you with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment developing truly global websites.
Develop web services
Database architecture, design, and administration
Experience working with large (50k+ page) websites & dealing with large site infrastructure
Object-oriented development and design patterns
You must be up to date with modern web practices, current with emerging technologies, and excited about being able to work with cutting edge web application architectures and technologies. We prefer someone who has worked in a professional or collaborative software development environment.

What you need
4+ years developing object-oriented PHP code for database-backed websites
Demonstrable understanding of web application security practices and experience in developing secure web applications
Expert-level experience in MySQL including use of MySQL database replication and schema creation.
Experience in Linux/Mac command line
Experience/knowledge of Sphinx, Memcache, NGINX, I18N, UTF-8.
Understanding of good code documentation practices and tools
Ability to quickly learn, understand, test, and debug an inherited codebase
Comfortable working in Linux server environment at the command line
Applicable certifications (PHP, MySQL, SCJP etc.)
Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar
